NOTE ON DEAD LINKS i am aware that most of these links no longer work. the web from 1999-2001 is mostly gone now. i keep them because they represent something that existed and i think things that existed should be documented even after they stop existing.

the people who built those sites believed something about pizza enough to build a website about it. that does not disappear when the hosting expires.
